Client Responsibilities

Intellectual Property

Fees & Payment
Fees, milestones and payment terms are agreed per engagement; work on a deliverable may be paused where invoices remain unpaid beyond the agreed period.
Limitation of Liability
Famorcr provides writing and editorial support and does not assume liability for underlying study design, data integrity, or regulatory decisions made by the client or sponsor.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Kolkata, West Bengal holding exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
